- Familiarity with multi-state employment laws (ID, WA, OR, CA) preferred

What You’ll Do (your Impact)
Be the First Line of HR Support
- Serve as the go-to contact for general HR questions and guidance
- Provide clear, timely communication on policies, procedures, and processes
- Support employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records
- Support unemployment claims and HR compliance activities
- Assist with audits and multi-state employment compliance (ID, WA, OR, CA)
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend smarter workflows
- Assist in developing and coordinating employee training initiatives
- Support HR projects that drive scalability and consistency
- Help build systems that make our team stronger and more efficient
- Assist HR leadership with documentation and follow-up
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks
- Ensure HR-related safety documentation is maintained and accessible
