Executive Administration Supervisor
Meridian, Idaho
Monday through Friday, in office
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administration Supervisor who loves being at the center of the action. In this role, you will support company leadership, partner closely with the President, and lead a Business Support team that keeps everything running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Lead and energize the administrative team while delivering top tier internal support. Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and create polished presentations, reports, and communications. Handle sensitive information with discretion, support key initiatives, and help plan engaging company events. You will juggle priorities, solve problems, and keep things moving in a fast paced environment.
What You Bring
Five or more years of administrative experience along with at least two years of management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to stay ahead of competing priorities. Confidence handling confidential information and communicating clearly across all levels. A bachelor’s degree is required.
