Assistant Events Coordinator

Location: Meridian| Full-Time | $30/hr Performance Bonuses

We’re looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator who’s organized, driven, and ready to make

an impact—not just fill a role.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify high-quality events
• Manage full booking process from application to confirmation
• Communicate with event organizers and internal teams
• Maintain calendars, event lists, and documentation
• Negotiate pricing, sponsorships, and booth placement
• Track payments, reports, and documentation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years in event coordination, marketing, or related field (or associate’s degree)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
  

Compensation & Bonuses

• $30/hour (bi-monthly pay)
• Uncapped bonuses
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years previous experience in Event and/or Retail Marketing or other related fields and/or an Associates degree
• Ability to build rapport with all internal and external contacts
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Relationship Building
• Adaptability
