Schedule: Onsite: M-F: 9:30a-6p
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a friendly and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization! This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, recruitment strategies and interview feedback.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Design and update job descriptions to continuously build a candidate pipeline.
