About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in the Social Assistance industry by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of providing essential services to the community. This position requires a deep understanding of the organization's needs and the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. By fostering strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner will enhance the overall candidate experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Ultimately, this role is vital in building a skilled workforce that can effectively address the needs of the populations we serve.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the social assistance or non-profit sector.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
