About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in the Social Assistance industry by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of providing essential services to the community. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

• Experience in the social assistance or non-profit sector.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities:
