Andersen is seeking a dynamic human resources leader to support the growth and transformation of its Renewal by Andersen business. The Vice President, Human Resources - Renewal by Andersen, will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead all aspects of human resources for the Renewal by Andersen business unit.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide forward-thinking, data-driven HR solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Define and execute workforce planning, succession planning, and change management strategies.

  • Partner with HR Communities of Expertise (COE’s) and HR Services to deliver enterprise-aligned solutions.

  • Ensure alignment between enterprise HR initiatives and business unit requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering constructive challenge when appropriate.

  • Drive culture through advocacy of organizational values and leadership accountability.

  • Select, develop, and lead a high-performing HR Business Partner team.

  • Plan and manage the HR budget for the business unit.

Size of Team

Direct leadership of 3 Human Resource Business Partners, with important relationships to HRBPs across the enterprise, along with HR team members in the COE’s and HR Services.

Role Location

Based at Renewal by Andersen headquarters in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, with periodic travel to Andersen headquarters in Bayport, MN and Renewal by Andersen retail locations.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for variable incentives.

PAY RANGE:

$196,150.00 - $313,850.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
