Renewable Energy Partners, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer Apprentice to join our team for a projectlocated in Pauma Valley, California. This position is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a California State-registered Laborer Apprenticeship Program who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and renewable energy industry.

·        Assist with general construction labor duties on active job sites

·        Support skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup

·        Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

·        Follow all job site safety protocols and company procedures

·        Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

·        Maintain a clean and organized work environment

·        Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors

·        Must be a current California Registered Laborer Apprentice

·        Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

·        Reliable transportation to job site in Pauma Valley, CA

·        Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

·        Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

·        Commitment to workplace safety

·        Previous construction or labor experience (preferred but not required)

·        Experience working on solar or renewable energy projects is a plus
