Practice Manager - Medical Weight Loss & MedSpa
Clifton, NJ | $62,000-$66,000 | Full time, in person | Saturdays required
We're a new physician-supervised medical weight loss and body contouring clinic in Clifton, and you'll be one of our first hires. You'll be the person who keeps the clinic running smoothly, keeps patients on track with their treatment, and helps us grow from day one.
A typical week looks like
- Answering patient texts and calls about dosing, pickup and payments
- Running our weekly medication reorder process and tracking orders
- Following up with new leads and booking consultations in our CRM
- Managing the staff schedule, inventory and supply orders
- Following up on missed payments and keeping records accurate
- Jumping in to support the team on busy days, especially Saturdays
You're a great fit if you
- Have worked in a medspa, weight loss clinic or medical office
- Are highly organized and catch the small details
- Communicate warmly and clearly, by phone and by text
- Pick up new software quickly (CRMs, spreadsheets, texting tools)
- Like helping people and following through on every open item
- Have sales or lead follow-up experience (a plus) or speak Spanish (a plus)
