ReNew Wound Care is expanding in New Jersey and New York, and we’re looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team in a specialized Wound Care Preventionist role.

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Perform proactive skin integrity assessments
• Identify early signs of breakdown and implement prevention strategies
• Collaborate closely with facility clinical teams
• Support multiple facilities with consistent, high-quality preventive care
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• NP license in NJ or NY
• ANCC/AANP certification
• Wound care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills
