Your Role: Direct Support Professional
- Are you someone who wants to make a real difference every day? As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll work in a supportive, hands-on environment where your care directly enhances lives. From personal support to joyful everyday moments, your impact will be felt — and valued.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care
- Help clients with daily activities like meal prep, hygiene, and mobility
- Support social and community engagement to promote independence
- Track progress and support individualized care plans
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure quality support
- Advocate for residents' rights and well-being in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- A strong understanding of client rights and advocacy
- Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- A heart for service and a compassionate, team-focused mindset
Pay Rates/ Shifts
- Full-Time Day Shift (Requires valid driver’s license & insurance): $16.00/hour
- Full-Time Night Shift: $15.00/hour
- Pro Re Nata (PRN): $16.00/hour
