In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—greeting clients, coordinating appointments, keeping garments organized, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and help create a welcoming, professional studio experience from arrival to pickup
- Support client communication—responding to emails, text messages, and phone inquiries, and confirming appointment details with accuracy and care
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments, and manage pickup communication to notify clients when garments are ready
- Organize and track garments by appointment date, priority, completion status, and pickup status, ensuring nothing is misplaced
- Assist with cash handling and processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems during pickups or retail sales
- Handle garments and studio materials carefully, following proper handling techniques and health and safety guidelines
- Support conflict resolution by addressing client questions or concerns with tact and professionalism, and escalating to management when appropriate
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring equipment and supplies are stored properly and the workspace stays presentable
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling, front-desk coordination, or client communication adds value to your application
- Experience with cash handling, POS systems, or retail sales enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Comfort handling delicate garments or working in a bridal, tailoring, or fashion-related setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in tracking items or managing schedules
- Background in guest services, public-facing communication, or professional office settings showcases the communication skills needed to engage with diverse clients
- Dependability, discretion, and a professional approach to customer privacy and confidentiality ensure readiness for the trust this role requires
