Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Manager based in Wilson, WY with benefits. Salary ranges from $65K-$75K, DOE. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of rental properties, including owner relations and inspections. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors, managing property owner inquiries and requests, ensuring compliance with property regulations, maintaining updated records, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained and meet high-quality standards.
