What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Officer position at Renasant Bank?
Mortgage banker affiliated with regional bank is expanding footprint in Louisiana. Seeking mortgage loan originators with 2 years plus experience in residential lending. MLO should have experience in business development with Realtors, Builders, Financial Advisors, and/or any self-generating lead source. MLO should have working knowledge of secondary mortgage products serviced by FNMA, Freddie Mac, GNMA as well as Non-QM and Portfolio lending.
MLO may work remotely or in full-service office suite in Baton Rouge, LA. Marketing and CRM are available for enhancing business development. Compensation is commensurate with experience, forgivable draw towards commission and basis points on monthly funded production is common. Benefits of medical, dental, vision, and life are available as well as matched 401K when employee is eligible.
BS or BA are preferred and applicants should have financial background either from previous employment or secondary education. Registered NMLS ID is required. Applicant must submit to drug screening and credit background review.
