The IT Audit Manager is responsible for IT regulatory Compliance, IT Audit Governance and IT Data Governance Support. The IT Audit Manager is charged with managing the professional relationship with regulatory agencies and providing guidance on dealing with IT regulatory developments, preparing reports for various Steering and Board Committees, and monitoring compliance with IT regulations and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Review technology action plans to ensure reported finding and associated risks are addressed
- Provide guidance in the creation of action plans and assist business owner to develop remediating action plans
- Negotiate the specifics of the audit issues with Internal Audit Groups in order to influence the final audit report rating
- Manage internal and external audit IT – specific requests
- Collect and review all issue closure documentation
- Coordinate and prepare reports for various Management Committees
- Partner with operational areas within IT to build strong working relationships, improve workflow and provide value added assistance
- Monitor and maintain Internal IT Policies and Procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree (or additional years of directly related experience, above the minimum, will be considered)
- Minimum of 5 years of information technology experience preferred
- Experience with Sarbanes – Oxley/ IT audits
- Knowledge of IT security compliance standards
- Strong understanding of IT General Controls
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products including outlook, word and excel
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance Frameworks
- Experience in large business/ system integration efforts, and full life cycle implementations (from scoping/planning, requirements gather, design, development, testing, go – live and support)
