Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and provide assistance to customers
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Clean shelves, counters, and tables
- Compute sales, prices, and total purchases
- Receive and process cash or credit card payment
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers
- Inventory stock and requisition new stock
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, vouchers and balancing cash drawers
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent and handle these situations
- Stock shelves and coolers
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
