Responsibilities- Prepare and present food items according to Renard’s Cheese standards, ensuring uniformity and quality.
- Slice, wrap, weigh, and price products in accordance with company specifications.
- Prepare special orders, party trays, and catering orders as requested.
- Make sauces, dips, aioli, and baked items following company recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels by restocking cases and shelves as needed.
- Follow stock rotation procedures to maximize product freshness and quality.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper hand washing, sanitizing, cooling, heating, and storage of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floor and backroom spaces.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, floors, tables, chairs, cases, shelves, glass, coolers, and storage areas as needed.
- Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent walking, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable climbing ladders as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
