We are seeking a personable, and service-driven Hotel Manager to lead a charming, upscale 50-room waterfront hotel in the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine. The ideal candidate is a warm and approachable leader who possesses strong operational expertise, excellent people skills, and a solid understanding of revenue management and reservations systems. A passion for hospitality and a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences are essential.
HOTEL MANAGER
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Resort Manager or Hotel Manager in a boutique property.
• Strong background in revenue management, reservations, and event operations.
• Personable, approachable, and guest-centric demeanor.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
o Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
o Foster a welcoming, team-oriented culture focused on personalized guest service.
• Implement effective strategies for maximizing room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.
o Work closely with the reservations and sales teams to optimize inventory and manage booking trends.
o Oversee planning and execution of weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
o Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
o Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasting, and key metrics.
Salary: $100,000USD annually Negotiable, and a host of performance incentives and benefits.
