As a Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Engineering in the daily operations of the Engineering Department, perform essential repairs and upkeep with a primary focus on maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and fully functional culinary environment, ensuring the resort remains in top condition for guests and staff alike by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and helping oversee facility upkeep.
