- Client Communication – Serve as the main point of contact from planning to post-event, ensuring clear communication and personalized service throughout.
- Event Coordination – Lead pre-event meetings, oversee Banquet Event Orders, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across all departments.
- Operational Planning – Manage group room blocks, meeting space assignments, and event details using industry tools like Marriott Global Source and Passkey.
- Revenue & Budget Management – Monitor budgets, maximize upselling opportunities, and ensure events meet both client expectations and financial goals.
- Guest Experience – Address feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and continually seek ways to enhance the overall event experience.
