Healthcare Content Creator

Renaissance Recovery

Contract Rate: $1200/$1500 per month / Deliverables: 4-6 short-form videos per month

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote

Renaissance Recovery is looking for three creative, engaging Social Media Healthcare Content Creator to produce authentic, social-first content focused on mental health, addiction, recovery, and wellness. One will be hybrid, and two will be remote.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling-and can take an idea from concept to finished video.

What You'll Do

• Create 4-6 pieces of short-form content per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Hybrid contractor will travel 1x a month to Business Units in LB/OC to film entertaining and engaging content
• Own the full content creation process, from concept and filming through final editing
• Serve as an on-camera personality for Renaissance Recovery content
• Participate in 1–2 virtual content planning meetings per month
• Collaborate remotely with our marketing team on concepts, trends, and messaging
• Cross-promote approved content through your own social media platforms
• Create content that is engaging, relatable, visually strong, and aligned with our brand
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Strong short-form video creation and editing skills
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of social trends
• Ability to independently film, edit, and deliver polished content
• Passion for mental health, wellness, addiction recovery, or behavioral healthcare
• Existing social media presence preferred
  
  

Lived experience with mental health or recovery is welcomed, but not required.

Follower count is not everything. We're looking for creators who understand engagement, authenticity, storytelling, and community.

Compensation & Schedule

• Independent contractor
• $35 per hour
• Approximately $1,200 per month
• Fully remote
• Flexible filming and production schedule based on monthly deliverables
