Renaissance Recovery is seeking a motivated Associate Therapist to join our outpatient treatment team. We provide PHP and IOP services with a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Clinical supervision provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific)
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed
- Collaborate with clinical team and community resources
- Maintain timely EMR documentation
- Participate in utilization reviews
- Master's degree in a related field
- Active BBS Associate number
- ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)
- Knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, family systems
- Addiction treatment experience preferred
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Supportive leadership and supervision
