- Ensure high-quality clinical practice and client progress through direct services like FBAs and case oversight.
- Supervise and mentor Program Managers and Interventionists, promoting professional development.
- Conduct developmental assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and Functional Behavioral Assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs per BACB standards.
- Train clients, families, and staff using Behavior Skills Training, and collaborate with educational teams for comprehensive support.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings, present behavioral strategies, and support client progress across settings.
- Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
- Strong ABA, clinical, and behavioral assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are valued.
