What You'll Do
- Support clients through recovery using observereport care
- Complete client intakes and documentation in EMR/EHR systems
- Conduct urine drug screens (UA) and BAC testing
- Enforce facility rules while maintaining dignity and respect
- Monitor client behavior and respond calmly to crises
- Communicate daily with clinical leadership
- Help keep the facility organized, safe, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment (preferred, not required)
- CPRFirst Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Calm under pressure, dependable, and compassionate
