Job Overview
We are seeking a 2nd shift motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial / Housekeeping Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, window washing, and deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or safety concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and facilities maintenance practices
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
