We are seeking a motivated, professional, and energetic Clinical Performance Assistant to join our chiropractic clinic team. The Clinical Performance Assistant will play an important role in supporting clinic operations, assisting with patient flow, and operating the Senaptec sensory performance system as part of patient care and performance services.
The right candidate should be personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with patients of all ages and activity levels. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on patient support with strong organization and the ability to help create a smooth, professional clinic experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Operate and guide patients through the Senaptec system
• Assist with patient setup, flow, and general clinical support
• Help monitor and document patient progress and performance activities
• Prepare treatment and performance areas for patient care
• Support providers with day-to-day clinical assistance as needed
• Educate patients on exercises, performance activities, and clinic procedures under provider direction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the clinic
• Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and other patient service tasks when needed
• Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a clinical setting
• Interest in chiropractic, sports performance, rehabilitation, fitness, or healthcare
• Experience in a chiropractic, physical medicine, rehab, fitness, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn clinic systems, patient care flow, and sensory/performance technology
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
Preferred qualities:
• Background in exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, rehabilitation, medical assisting, or health-related fields
• Experience working with athletes or active populations
• Comfortable demonstrating exercises or assisting in a performance-based environment
