Position Summary:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead individual production lines at our newly built nicotine pouch manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, TX.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong hands-on background in food-grade or consumer packaging manufacturing, and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cleanroom-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all day-to-day activities on an assigned production line, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Lead, train, and manage a small team of operators and packers on your line
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams
- Ensure accurate tracking of production output, downtime, and materials usage
- Enforce hygiene, GMP, and plant SOPs in a cleanroom environment
- Participate in startup, calibration, and daily shutdown of machinery
- Communicate shift handover notes clearly and work closely with other shift supervisors
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) factory
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on work style
- Familiar with GMP, HACCP, or cleanroom manufacturing practices
- Ability to read basic production reports, fill logs, and communicate effectively with operators and management
- Comfortable working in a startup factory environment with evolving systems and processes
- SAP experience is preferred
