VP of Accounting! New Opportunity!
We are seeking a candidate who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, making meaningful improvements, and partnering with the business to drive growth and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team (2 on-site, 2 remote), fostering collaboration
- Evaluate, streamline, and improve existing accounting processes and controls
- Take ownership of the month-end close & financial reporting
- Develop and implement KPI-driven reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and scalability
- Establish and enhance policies, procedures, and best practices to support growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior accounting leadership role
- A hands-on leader who is comfortable both strategizing and executing
- Strong process improvement mindset w/ the ability to implement meaningful change
- Experience building accounting functions in growing or evolving organizations
We’re looking for someone who wants to build, fix, improve, and lead—someone to support and drive the business. Salary DOE approx $195-205K (NEG).
