This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational culture. The VP of HR partners closely with executive leadership and MSO teams to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and a high-performing workforce across all locations.

This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational culture. The VP of HR partners closely with executive leadership and MSO teams to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and a high-performing workforce across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Lead HR initiatives supporting expansion, acquisitions, and operational scaling across multiple clinic locations.
- Establish and monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and retention strategies.
- Oversee recruitment strategies for clinical, operational, and leadership positions across 25 locations.
- Build scalable hiring processes to support rapid staffing needs and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce demands and staffing models.
- Ensure strong onboarding and orientation programs that promote retention and culture alignment.
- Foster a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.
- Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare workforce regulations.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, employee handbook updates, and risk management practices.
- Manage HR systems, records management, and reporting processes.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on labor law matters, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive program development.
- Practice level support of employee benefits administration and HR vendor relationships.
- Implement performance management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership coaching initiatives.
- Develop retention and career progression programs for clinical and administrative staff.
- Lead and mentor the HR team supporting multi-site clinic operations.
- Create accountability structures and professional development opportunities for HR staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with practice leadership teams and MSO.
- Reports to: President
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in outpatient clinics, multi-site healthcare operations, or physician practice management.
- Experience supporting organizations with 500 employees and 25 locations strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, healthcare workforce regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven success managing organizational growth, recruiting at scale, and multi-state HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
- Change management and organizational transformation.
- This position is designated as a hybrid role, requiring the employee to perform job duties both remotely and at the employer’s designated onsite location, as directed.
- The employee is responsible for maintaining reliable access to the necessary technology and connectivity required to perform remote work, including, but not limited to, a secure internet connection and any Company-specified systems or equipment.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
