Senior Payroll Specialist
A progressive organization in the hospitality industry is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment. There is a wonderful culture in the office!
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll; review timesheets, PTO, OT, and special pay
- Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, COBRA, and reimbursements
- Prepare payroll reports and year-end filings (W-2s)
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, wage & hour, and tax regulations
- Support audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of payroll/HR experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong multi-state payroll and FLSA knowledge Excel
- Experience with ADP, UKG, Paycom, Paycor, or similar
Details
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000
- Full-time with benefits
