Compensation
Base salary: $40,268 more annually, based on experience
Uncapped performance-based incentive plan with average earnings of up to $27,300 annually
Top performers may earn up to $75,000 annually above base salary
5% bilingual pay differential available for qualified candidates
What You'll Do
Consult with customers on insurance products and coverage options
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Drive sales and consistently achieve performance goals
Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Personal Lines (PL) licenses alone do not meet the requirements for this position
Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Stable work history with demonstrated career commitment
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance sales experience
Call center experience

Training & Schedule
Virtual Training
Class Start Date: November 2, 2026
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Department operating hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Most new hires should expect to work afternoon and evening shifts
Rotating Saturday schedule may be required
Location Requirements
Fully remote opportunity
