***Must be located in a one of the following approved states- OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS***
|PAY- $16/hr. Weekly Pay & Benefits | Full-Time, M–Fri | Equipment provided and shipped directly to home
(Must be able to work any 8-hr shift between 8 AM–9PM CST) Start Date: TBD.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups regarding medical inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
Qualifications: 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience (Required – no exceptions!)
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Knowledge of medical benefits, Prior Auth, EOB's preferred but not required.
- Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
- High-speed wired internet (Hotspots are not accepted)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
