Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative – Remote
Start Date: 5/4/2026
Pay: $17.25
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST (training production)
Location: Fully Remote — Equipment Provided
About the Role
You’ll be working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume inbound call center assisting customers with order issues, billing concerns, and general information requests. Expect 80–100 calls per day with an average call time of 4–5 minutes.
What We’re Looking For
- High‐volume call center experience
- Energetic, outgoing, self‐starter personality
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Ability to handle upset callers professionally
- Strong multitasking skills across multiple applications
- Ability to enter notes, submit cancellations, and send internal messages while on calls
Requirements
- Basic computer assessment internet speed test (completed prior to submittal)
- Virtual Teams interview (scheduled between 10am–2pm)
- Commitment to the 9am–6pm EST schedule during training and after
