Salary ~

Compensation & Investment
- One-time $5,000 buy-in (significantly lower than many competitors ranging from $5K–$40K)
- Revenue share structure (15% of top-line, with caps for larger books)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re targeting experienced insurance professionals who are ready to level up—not someone looking for a side hustle.
Ideal candidates include:
- 3–5 years of proven success in insurance sales
- Background in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both
- Experience with or from top carriers such as:
- State Farm
- Allstate
- Progressive
- Or similar organizations
- Current or former:
- Captive agency owners (e.g., Goosehead, Comparion, etc.)
- Independent producers wanting to own their book
- Producers looking to break away and grow independently
- Strong track record of hitting sales goals and building client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a business
Ramp-Up Timeline
