What You’ll Do as our Estimator

· Prepare accurate, timely roofing estimates for commercial and industrial projects

· Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and solutions

· Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

· Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project handoff

· Solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For in an Estimator

· Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

· Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-first mindset

· Takes genuine pride in quality, accuracy, and professionalism

· Roofing or construction estimating experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
