Entry-Level Inside Sales Support – $25/hr | Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)
Kickstart your sales career with a leading fencing company serving the greater Charlotte area. We're looking for an Entry-Level Inside Sales Support Rep with a strong passion for sales, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Who You Are

- Dependable with great attention to detail
- Strong phone presence & customer service skills
- Tech‐savvy — solid computer skills required
- Available Mon–Thurs 8–4:30, Fri 8–3, occasional Saturdays
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus; college preferred but not required
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and manage sales appointments
- Support the Director of Sales and sales team
- Assist with inside & outside sales tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (GSuite preferred)
- 1–2 years customer service experience
- Sales interest or experience is a plus
