Position Overview
The Customer Relations Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers and franchise partners, providing support related to orders, account inquiries, inventory, pricing, promotions, and delivery concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer and franchise accounts by responding to inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, pricing, promotions, and account information.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, returns, delivery discrepancies, and product availability.
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and order changes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM and business systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide efficient, solution-focused support.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication, problem-solving, and proactive follow-up.
- Document customer interactions and ensure all records are updated accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, account support, order processing, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or POS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
