Retention Sales Representative

LOCATIONS: Onsite in Augusta Office

Pay: $17/hr. commission (Avg additional bonus $400 - $450)

Start: September 2026

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm EST

Schedule assigned upon completion of 4 week training (Paid Training)

Title: Retention Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from consumers and business clients regarding orders, account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Build rapport quickly and establish positive customer relationships through professional and engaging interactions.
• Identify customer needs, uncover sales opportunities, and confidently recommend additional products or services that create value and improve customer retention.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Obtain and evaluate relevant information needed to research and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or recommend value-added solutions.
• Strong customer service skills combined with excellent sales instincts.
• Ability to confidently recommend solutions that improve customer retention and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Work in our Augusta Georgia five days a week.
