Assistant Controller/Controller - New Opportunity!
Growing manufacturing company seeking an Assistant Controller OR Controller to lead accounting operations and support executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
- Maintain and improve internal controls and processes
- Manage cost accounting and margin analysis
- Lead and develop the finance team
Qualifications
- CPA/Master's degree a plus
- 5 years of accounting experience, including Controller experience in manufacturing
- Cost accounting and corporate tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and financial controls
- Familiarity with Excel (& MRP systems preferred)
