Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Experience with multi-entity environments or high‑volume transactions preferred
- Strong ERP systems knowledge and technical aptitude
- Proven ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team
- Strong communication skills to work closely with supervisor on a daily basis
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Controller to review and analyze financial statements
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account clean‑up
- Manage payroll uploads from the payroll system into the financials
- Support the implementation of an AI-driven accounts payable system
- Mentor and develop junior accounting team members
