Technical Field Service Sales – Industrial Automation Equipment – Direct Hire

The Position
- Provide advanced technical expertise on industrial automation equipment, specialized machinery, and integrated materials to optimize client production lines
- Partner with sales, engineering, R&D, operations, manufacturers and distributors by leading customer consultations, conducting demos, and engineering custom solutions that secure new business
- Lead technical training initiatives for on-site operators, distribution partners, and internal field teams to maximize equipment capability and performance
The Detail

- 2-5 years of hands-on field service, applications, and technical support with packaging, ATMs, production printers, or other industrial automation machinery
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and a comfortable approach to customer-facing work, supporting sales efforts with zero cold calling
- Requires regional travel to lead equipment installations, support sales demos, handle preventative maintenance, and customer consultation with technical expertise
