Technical Field Service & Shop – Production Print Equipment – Direct Hire

**NOTE: This is a hybrid shop field role (approximately 80% shop, 20% travel). Candidates must be comfortable working hands-on with equipment in a warehouse/shop environment, with occasional U.S. travel for installs and support.

The Position
- Perform unboxing, assembly, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) on incoming equipment shipments
- Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical and system-level issues prior to deployment
- Prepare, configure, and package machines for shipment to customer sites
- Provide remote support and occasional on-site field service for key customers
- Travel periodically (every 1–2 months) for installs, support, or troubleshooting
- Work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues
The Detail
- $55k–$65k base (flexible), monthly benefits stipend, mileage reimbursement, training
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with production print, copier systems, or similar industrial/electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics preferred
- Experience with installation, setup, testing, or repair of technical equipment
- Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment (majority of role) with occasional travel
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel in the U.S. (passport or enhanced ID required)
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
