Talent Acquisition Recruiter (On-Site)

6-12 Month Contract | Potential for Permanent Hire
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to support university, professional, and manufacturing hiring initiatives across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit college talent for the 2027 Internship Program across HR, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Planning, and other business functions.
- Support salaried hiring throughout the U.S., Canada, and Central America.
- Assist with hourly manufacturing and maintenance recruiting to support operational needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, professional, or university recruiting.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start times (6 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM) with an 8-hour workday.
Salary : $35
