Location: Onsite Tempe, AZ 85281
Training : 2 weeks
Post Training Schedule: Mon-Fri flexibility based on needs, office hours.
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvement in key performance metrics, including revenue targets, customer satisfaction scores, and quality objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Coach and develop managers to ensure achievement of company and client goals, address employee-related matters, and facilitate training on new or updated services, products, and processes.
- Leverage strong time management and organizational skills to support managers in handling multiple complex projects and ongoing priorities.
- Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- 3 years of leadership experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to support and equip teams with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, management, and clients.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting on performance data.
