I'm partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community in the Dallas area.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of the property, from leasing and resident relations to maintenance oversight, budgeting, and capital improvement projects.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Managing all day-to-day property operations
✅ Driving leasing activity, renewals, and resident retention
✅ Building strong relationships with residents and delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Overseeing rent collections, lease compliance, and occupancy goals
✅ Supervising maintenance staff and outside vendors
✅ Coordinating apartment turns, renovations, and property improvement projects
✅ Monitoring budgets, expenses, and property performance
✅ Managing Yardi functions, reporting, move-ins, move-outs, and rent roll administration
What we're looking for:
✔ Multifamily Property Management experience
✔ Strong leasing and resident relations background
✔ Experience leading maintenance teams and vendors
✔ Knowledge of budgeting, collections, and lease administration
✔ Yardi experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
