Controller-Roofing Industry Broward County, FL
The ideal candidate will have expertise in job costing, WIP reporting, project financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, AIA billing, retainage tracking, and subcontractor compliance. This individual will oversee all accounting operations, drive accurate financial reporting, and partner with operations leadership to maximize project profitability and strengthen financial controls.
$125K-$135K DOE
8-5 M-Th 8-4 Fri- In office

Key Qualifications
- Extensive construction accounting experience within commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use development environments
- Strong knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, project costing, and multi-project profitability reporting
- Experience managing month-end close, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and lender reporting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Expertise in AIA billing, change orders, retainage management, subcontractor payments, and compliance
- Proven ability to prepare and analyze WIP schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
