Construction Project Manager
I am seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Construction and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Supervise and direct field teams (2–5 employees)
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Secure permits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct progress meetings and provide updates on budget and timeline
- Enforce safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
- Ensure quality construction practices and adherence to company policies
Qualification
- 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, Bluebeam, estimating & quantity takeoffs (required)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
