Treasury/Finance Analyst - High-Growth Opportunity - Direct CFO Exposure)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily banking activities and corporate accounts
• Oversee and track corporate credit card activity for approx 25 cards
• Support cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Partner with leadership on payment prioritization and scheduling
• Assist with collections and vendor payment follow-up
• Contribute to month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Help optimize banking structure, fees, and workflows

Ideal Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or banking
• Strong Excel skills (you’re comfortable working with data and building structure)
• Someone who is:

-Hungry and eager to learn

-Coachable and proactive

-Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

-Naturally curious about how to improve systems and processes

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cash management, reconciliations, or payments
• Pursuing CPA or CFA (or interest in continuing education)
