As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our agents and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and has working knowledge of the Illinois real estate process, including contracts, disclosures, and MLS systems. While in-person availability is preferred for collaboration and client interaction, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with transaction coordination from contract to close
- Prepare, proofread, and process real estate documents, including contracts, disclosures, and listing agreements
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, inspections, and closings
- Maintain and update MLS listings and ensure accuracy of online property marketing
- Manage client communication and appointment scheduling
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with legal and brokerage requirements
- Support database entry, CRM updates, and lead tracking
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming office environment for clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate, escrow, or a legal/administrative office setting
- Knowledge of Illinois real estate procedures and documentation
- Familiarity with MLS, DocuSign, and CRM platforms (Clio)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Illinois real estate license is a plus but not required
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability based on showings and closings
- In-person attendance at the Glenview office is preferred
- Hybrid or remote work schedule may be considered after training and based on performance
