We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to join our team in Glenview, Illinois. This position offers the option for full-time or part-time employment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with all aspects of probate administration and estate planning
• Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• File probate forms and other necessary documents with the court
• Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files
• Conduct legal research related to probate and estate matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and court personnel
• Prepare estate inventories, accounting, and asset distributions
• Assist in the preparation of estate and trust tax returns
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in probate and estate planning
• Paralegal certificate or degree in a related field
