We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants based in Argentina to join our remote real estate operations team.

🏡 Position: Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation
📍 Location: Argentina – Remote
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
💰 Monthly Compensation: USD $400–$500 performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Support real estate sales and lead generation activities.
• Follow up with potential clients and leads.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with the team and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Full-time availability during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or real estate is a plus.

💵 Payment & Benefits

• USD $400–$500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Payments twice a month via Zelle or PayPal.
• Performance-based bonuses for each qualified lead successfully generated.
• Approved overtime hours are paid separately.
• PayPal transaction fees charged by the platform are the contractor’s responsibility.
